Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

So many of us grew up loving chocolate peanut butter cups, but they are often full of preservatives and refined sugar. The solution? We've cleaned up the classic peanut butter cup recipe with the help of Just Date Syrup!  The rich caramel notes from Just Date Syrup perfectly compliment chocolate and peanut butter in this healthier, delicious homemade recipe. And just between us - we think it's better than the original!  The addition of Just Date Syrup also boasts a low glycemic index, high antioxidant value, potassium, magnesium, fiber, zinc - the list goes on. We're all about exceptional nutrition and exceptional flavor in our test kitchen, and this recipe checks all of those boxes.

As a note - these keep best in the fridge or freezer.  We suggest serving them right before you enjoy them, which shouldn't be a problem - these are always devoured immediately when we serve them to kids and adults alike!
