Mango Turmeric Agua Fresca with Pomegranate
This tangy, tropical agua fresca highlights the unbeatably sweet mango with a tart pomegranate finish. It's everything you need to feel like you're at the beach, even if you most likely aren't. Adapted from and inspired by Diaspora Co.

- Serves 6
- Combine mangoes, half of the water, lime juice, and turmeric in a blender; process until completely smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer mango mixture to a pitcher, and stir in remaining water. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hours. Fill 6 glasses with crushed ice, and add mango mixture. Stir in 1 Tbsp of pomegranate molasses into each glass.
- Garnish each glass with a mint sprig.
