Banana oatmeal pancakes made right in the blender, and on the table in minutes. These fluffy healthy pancakes are naturally gluten free and dairy free and are sweetened with Just Date Syrup. They make for a fast, simple, and delicious breakfast to fuel your everyday.
Blend all of the ingredients until they form a smooth batter
Bring a skillet to medium heat, and add a pinch of grass fed butter or coconut oil
Use a 1/4 cup measuring spoon to portion pancake batter onto the skillet, leaving space between them as they cook
Flip them after 2-3 minutes to finish cooking them on the other side for a few minutes
Repeat until you've used all of your batter, top your pancakes with a drizzle of date syrup or pomegranate syrup and any of your other favorite toppings!
