Date Saffron & Lime Popsicles
Delicious, creamy, and refreshing, these vegan and date syrup naturally sweetened popsicles are a summer treat to show off at your next backyard picnic. Refined sugar free and elegant, yet simple to make. Dreamt up by Annie Garcia
- Preparation 10 minutes
- Freeze Time 3 hours
- Serves 4
- 1 16 Ounce can of full-fat organic, unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 ½ Tablespoons The Fullest Saffron Latte Mix or a tiny pinch of saffron
- 2 ½ Teaspoons Just Date Syrup
- Zest of ½ small organic lime, plus fresh lime juice to taste
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until ingredients are evenly combined. If you don’t have a blender, simply pour all ingredients into a large bowl or container with a spout, and whisk to evenly combine ingredients until smooth.
- Evenly pour mixture into 6 popsicle molds, freeze, and devour!
