Easy Fudgy Brownies // Gluten-free

Savor the pleasure of our refined sugar-free, gluten-free fudgy brownies. Ingredients

1 cup raw walnuts, roughly chopped (optional)
1 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup butter
1 cup Just Date Chocolate Chips
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups Just Date Sugar
1 cup gluten-free 1:1 flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp kosher salt

Preheat oven to 325. Butter a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment.

Toast the walnuts on an unlined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let cool. In a medium bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and walnuts.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in cocoa powder and 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips until melted. Set aside. Beat the eggs and whip in the sugar until fluffy and thick. Remove from the stand mixer and fold in the chocolate butter mixture gently.

Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture and then add in the other 1/2 cup chocolate chips. When combined, spread the mixture into your pan and bake 15-20 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center and look for a few wet crumbs. Check every couple of minutes so you don’t overbake! Drizzle our ganache over the cool brownies for an extra dose of indulgence!
